usually that website is created by you downloading WordPress – its free and  the most used system out there, from Blogs to the Wall Street Journal site.

It has thousands of ‘mods’ and thousands of forums that talk about it – so its like buying a domestic car – you can always get parts and you can always find thousands of ‘mechanics’ who will tell you how to fix it.

Both Hostgator and BlueHost have word press, so its an easy set up.
